Come along and join Melanie at this weekly, friendly, beginners class. YogaSense is a class designed to bring your body, mind and breath together. Enjoy basic yoga postures and reconnect with your body where all good things reside! Smile

Meditation ................. Osho Meditations offered monthly on Sundays at the Richmond Site.

Join us for all day immersion in various beautiful meditation techniques or just for one specific meditation. Osho was one of the greatest spiritual teachers of the 20th century and his legacy are these  techniques designed to allow the western mind to engage with meditation. Meditation can help with stress, anxiety, relaxation and peace of mind. Regular practice can truly help us face life with confidence, acceptance and joy. 12 STEP ZEN GROUP: FROM SUFFERING TO JOY. Wednesday's from 12.30pm - 2.00pm at Richmond. Drop in group open to all.

A new mindfulness based approach for anyone suffering from addiction, anxiety, depression, or feeling overwhelmed.

  • A supportive therapeutic group, facilitated by trained therapists
  • Newcomers with 'beginners mind' welcome.
  • Drop your expectations
  • Zen means to reconnect to what you truly are.
  • Do you find yourself asking 'Who am I?'

*WEDNESDAY THERAPY GROUP (SUBSTANCE MISUSE). Wednesday's at Richmond from 10.30am- 12.00pm. Newcomers welcome

Our weekly group led by experienced facilitators will allow group members to share experiences, feel understood, learn about addiction, gain insight into their problems, manage their difficulties, make positive changes and improve how they relate to others.
